7 Day Cleanse/Detox/ Weightloss


I have soooo many people ask me about my 7 day cleanse. This is truly the first step to a really clean blood and digestive tract. It is not easy. It is not inexpensive but IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE!
It's so great for energy, a boost to emotional lows, and very cleansing... But tough too!
Shopping list: This is for the entire week but you can buy for 3 days if your frig is not big!
2. Lemons - 12
3. Apples - 70 small or 40 Large
4. Pineapple - 7
5. cucumbers -12
6. Avocado -6
7. Celery - 1 bunch
8. Spinach - 2 Costco packages
9. Carrots - 24
10. Mixed greens - 1 package same size as Costco spinach
11. Zucchini - 3
12. Beets - 1
13. Alfalfa sprouts - 1 bunch
14. Ginger Root - about 3 inches
15. Lime - can be used in place of lemons
16. Mint - 1 package
17 Fennel - 1 head
18. Banana - 1
19. Yogurt -1 Qt
20 Orange 1
21. Broccoli -1
22. Wheat Grass -4 containters (at Fred Meyers)

Organic is best! Plan on around $150 if organic!
Everything needs to be washed really good! (Posergy Fruit and Veggie Wash)
You won't be hungry, but you will still want to eat!

Now for the daily schedule:
~~YOU MUST COMMIT TO 40 MINUTES OF EXERCISE DAILY -
20 minutes morning & 20 minutes evening!
~~You need to drink a warm lemon tea every morning to wake up the stomach. That consists of pouring 16 oz of hot water on top of 1/2 of a lemon(or lime).
~~You need to drink a warm fennel tea every night to calm the stomach. That consists of pouring 16 oz of hot water on top of a slice of fennel.
Day 1:

Afternoon: Chute Juice
Around 5: Turbo Express
Around 7: Lemon Zinger
Exercise 20 minutes

Day 8.... You might not want to jump right back into a Big Mac or KFC! But you can begin to eat normal, or shall I say a healthy normal!
I have found that juice was still what I wanted. Remember you have relaxed your digestive system for a week so your body could focus on cleaning itself out.
Listen to your body and ease into food. Believe me, your body will complain if you are eating the wrong things after this amazing cleanse!
Most important, you will feel so great for having accomplished something so rewarding, cleansing and difficult.
From this day forward, commit to making 1/2 of your plate veggies! You'll continue to loss weight, to cleanse and to be healthier.
